Airsoft pain from .2g Pellets?
A friend and I agreed on a sort of duel if you will, with 260FPS airsoft pistols and .2g pellets. The only protection we will be wearing is protective goggles and possibly crotch guards. Will they hurt on bare skin? The only clothing allowed to be worn is briefs. So will this be painful enough to make getting hit unwanted? Or will it be powerful enough to break the skin, severely bruise or cause any other problems?
Pain doesn’t differ much depending on the weight of the pellets (ex: if you used the same gun both times, the pain from a .12 gram and a .2 gram wouldn’t feel much different). The fps does matter, however. 260 fps is not very fast at all, but I suppose it could sting quite a bit if shot from point blank range. I do not think that 260 is enough to break skin or bruise, but it may leave a welt. My first airsoft gun was a 307 fps springer, and that could never make me bleed. Bleeding comes from guns like my current one, which does 440 with a .2 gram 
. If you aren’t a wimp, it wont hurt.
