Airsoft ares ppsh or tm m4?
i want a blowback gun but i dont know wether to get the tokyo marui m4 sopmod or ares ppsh41 ? what are their ranges? which do you think is best? thanks
thats a great answer but ou know the range on the m4 ?? and i think i might upgrade it to 330fps btw i just want the noise and recoil
The PPSH is more of a collectors gun than a battlefield weapon – the accuracy isn’t great, there isn’t much scope for upgrades, and the ROF isn’t amazing either.
The TM on the other hand is a nice piece of kit. As with all TM weapons it could probably use a larger spring to boost FPS a bit, and then you’ll be good to go. Also far more accessories you can stick on the M4, and it’s easier to upgrade in the future.
One word of warning I would give is that with these guns you can’t really notice the blowback while you’re firing them (other people can, but not you as you use it). If you want more obvious blowback, I’d recommend looking into a gun with a non disengaging charging handle (the charging handle is always fixed to the bolt, so cycles with it, making the blowback far more obvious). Some examples of this might be the L85A2 or the Galil.
