Sniper Airsoft Rifles
Any good Airsoft sniper rifles?
I’m looking to buy an Airsoft sniper, are there any suggestions as to which one I should buy? Please be specific, including the brand and somewhere to buy it. Preferably below $500 and under 500 fps. Thanks in advance, best answer will get 10 points.
For the love of god, don’t buy a bolt action sniper rifle. Anything less than $500 will perform worse than pretty much any AEG. I have seen FAR too many people new to airsoft say, “OMG I R T3H 1337ZOR SNIP3R”, pick up a sniper rifle, and then get shot to pieces by the people who were intelligent enough to buy an AEG. Do yourself a favor: if your price range is around $300, buy a Classic Army, G&G, KWA, or ICS. If it’s lower, grab a JG or Echo 1. If you REALLY feel the need to have a DMR (Designated Marksman Rifle) – style weapon, grab an M16/ M14 series and slap a scope on it. But please, for the love of god, don’t get an ACTUAL sniper rifle. Trust me, you will be MUCH happier in the end.

I had one of these a few years back for target shooting, and it worked fine. The scope is also pretty cheap but will do it’s job.
