Sniper Airsoft Rifles For Sale
Why are air guns (By Daisy, etc, the under $100 kinds) significantly superior to airsoft guns of more cost?
I’ve noticed that many air rifles that are for sale online right now are so much better than airsoft guns which cost more. For example, most air rifles under 100 dollars can shoot 350+ FPS, and are better quality (I know, I own a few air rifles and airsoft guns). Some air gun deals even come with a scope. Yet the cheapest airsoft sniper rifle I’ve seen costs more, is somehow is more prone to breaking than air rifles, and doesn’t even come with a scope. Why is this?

You are comparing BB guns with Airsoft guns in price, why not add black powder guns into the mix. Each have a purpose Real guns (ones using gunpowder) are meant for hunting and personal protection. BB guns were introduced as a first gun for kids to learn to fire and become accurate. The most popular being the Red Rider. The BB gun has a velocity less than a gun powdered weapon but more than an airsoft weapon. Airsoft was conceived to be used in countries that do not allow guns, the invention was to be used as a target practice gun. And thru evolution of the airsoft it has been incorporated into a game that allows people to shoot one another.
1 Gun powdered bullets pass thru the shin.
2 BB will break the skin and can embed into the skin.
3 airsoft bb’s will whelp the skin but not penetrate the skin.
Cost is relevant to demand, if people are willing to pay high prices for a product then the seller will profit, but if the price is deemed by the consumer to be high the manufacture will have to adjust to meet the prices willing to be paided.
