Responsibilities
Sonia O’Hare is the School Manager at Queen’s Business School. Sonia provides leadership and management for all administrative and specialist support services within the School and provides strategic advice to the Dean and the Senior Leadership Team, QMS International Advisory Board and other University Committees. She supports the Dean in planning and delivering the Schools strategic plan and associated targets and the effective management and utilisation of the QBS budget.
Sonia also chairs the QBS Operations Board and manages the Professional Services team and functions at QBS. Sonia is a member of the Chartered ABS Professional Managers' Committee which consists of leading managers in a senior role in business schools, which seeks to support professional development by acting as a conduit for innovation and good practice within business schools.
