Both weapon charges were from the same year and were for my having a toy air soft gun, the kind you get your kid at the store that shots small colorful pellets…. How retarded?
Retail fraud 3rd degree
Driving while license suspended
NONE of these offenses are felonies, and they are all over 5 years old. They are all old, and the weapons and driving while suspended charges will be removed from my record when I appeal them.
Never even put on probation or anything. Just paid my fines and was ok. lol
I’ve dedicated my life to the medical field, and have absolutely no recent activity in the past 5 years of doing such things again. I would really like to join the Marines. The Army and Navy have already said I can enlist with these offenses, but what about the Marines?
At my recruiting station i seen my recruiter reject ALOT of people that had charges even if they had one. But most likely army well take you for sure.
