How To Get Free Airsoft Guns
Airsoft Quest continued?
I have now started referring to my dilemma as a quest, the end is having an airsoft pistol but I am currently dead middle with trying to get my parents to allow this. So I would call upon your help to find the following:
Does shooting a airsoft gun; relieve stress or anger?
Does shooting a real gun : relive stress or anger?
What fps does an airsoft .02gram bb need to travel at to puncture the skin at 60 feet?
Which is safer paintball or airsoft ? why ?
if you can think of any other suggestions on things I can use to convince my parents feel free to post them .

I have already shown them the safety of airsoft and how to own a airsoft gun safely, I have shown them the local laws and regulations of owning them.
Note- I do not know if I will play airsoft but if you find things referring to playing airsoft that would be usefull!

well with well over $1000 into the sport, I think my opinion is valid enough without links…
1. shooting an airsoft gun is just entertainment, not really any stress/anger relief.
2. a real gun on the other hand can do that because it gives a sense of power, which may help some people.
3. you meant .2g BB. .02 is super light, the lightest is .12
nothing that’s not custom is going to break skin at 60 feet. It’s hard to break skin with a .2g BB since they lose velocity so fast since they’re light. If you’re lucky, you can do it with 500 fps, but it all depends on where you hit, how weak the persons skin is and stuff.
4. airsoft is safer than paypal simply because of velocity and momentum of the projectiles.
in either sport, you must always wear eye protection. In airsoft, If you have eye protection there is nothing to worry about.
If your parents want to be nazi’s here, look into lenses that are ANSI rated. this just means that they are certified to take impacts at a certain velocity. anything ANSI z87 rated is good for airsoft.
you can pick up some shop glasses at a hardware store for like 8 bucks that work for that.
One thing you ought to have your parents do is sit down with you at the computer, show them my answer and other answers.
