should i get a green gas powered airsoft pistol?
I recently got into airsoft with a friend of mine, and we both have spring airsoft rifles. while these are fun, we want something a little faster. I was looking online for a co2 powered pistol, but I found a green gas powered pistol that had pretty good numbers compared to others. It fires about 275 fps with.2 gram bbs. The only problem is i dont really know much about these types of guns? Could somebody tell me about these guns? Specifically, how do they compare with co2 powered pistols, how do they work, are they a good investment, what are some pros and cons, and ultimetly, should i buy one? 275 is rather weak for green gas. You’re probably looking at a low quality gun. You need a metal slide, and frame won’t hurt anything. WE’s are the cheapest you should be looking at, bottoming out at about $100. They’re also very nice quality.

They’re a bit lower powered than CO2 pistols, generally blow back, and require maintenance. If you aren’t willing to give it, don’t get one. A regular lubrication and checking the points of stress will do just fine.
