Question about buying an airsoft gun online?
k well im buying myself a christmas present which is an airsoft Tokyo Marui m1a1 thompson. I am 18 and a citizen of canada. ive come across several websites that i can get this airsoft gun from but the only questions i have is how hard will it be for this gun to get to my house? the companies are located in the US and japan. ive checked the laws and it only states manually importing an airsoft over the border, nothing really for online buys. Do you think it would be okay buying from these sites without any hassle. ive checked all over canadian websites and all ive found was garbage. If any1 knows any stores here, i live in toronto that might be able to order me one or if they sell one it would be much appreciated. i cant believe they consider an airsoft a firearm, as long as it has that orange tip shouldnt that be enough to know its not real. i am buying mine really for displaying as i am a ww2 fanatic. Any help would be great. i dont want to waste my money for nothing.
My best answer, contact the site. All airsoft sites have policies posted up but if you dont understand them or cant find the page, they WILL have an email address and sometimes even a phone number. so just ask them.
