airsoft players?
I’m trying to get my dad to let me go airsofting, i already have a really nice paintball gun, and alot of nice gear for it too. but lately ive been really interested in airsofting and ive been getting really bored with paintball. My dad looks at the pictures with all the players fully dressed in camo, vests and boots and he says that this is TOO serious. i tell him that its just part of the game but he says the kind of people that play airsoft are army freaks. I agree that some are, but not all of them. he thinks that they will brainwash me to be a army freak too. he tells me paintball is more like a game, and this is like real war. all my friends airsoft and its also cheaper. should i pursue an airsoft gun, or should i stick to paintball? and are ALL the people there war freaks? i also forgot to mention that the pictures were from a airsoft field.
Some people want to feel like they are in a war. Play a war video game and then instantly move to a airsoft game and you will be mistaken as a war freak. There are no army freaks that I know of that play airsoft and a majoirty just want to simulate war just like paintball.
