Any Ideas for a homemade airsoft rocket launcher?
i have an idea for one, i have pvc and im going to load them through an open side while i plug the other one with a cap, i glue one side of a 6-inch spring to the cap. ill also cut a long notch from the point where the spring ends and bring it down towards the cap and then pull it to the side, so when i stick a nail into the notch attaching into part of the spring, i pull the nail down towards the cap where i stick it into the side, cocking it. At the end of the spring facing out the open side of the barrel the spring has a patch a duct tape covering it so when you load the bbs down the barrel it pushes them out.
does this make any sence?

It does, except why don’t you measure out the circumference of a twist flint-sparker and put that down at the end, then you just fill it with some sort of flamable aerosol and light it, it’ll shoot out farther than anything else will make it, you can also launch potatoes and apples, just make sure everything is on securely or it will come flying off, and don’t worry about it blowing it up because pvc is surprisingly strong from internal pressure, it’s very good with tension forces.
