Airsoft Rocket Launcher At 4
Carrying inert rocket launcher on halloween in California?
I hope to be a soldier for halloween. It is illegal to openly carry airsoft guns in public places in california, but I have a completely inert AT-4 rocket launcher tube and was wondering if anyone knows if there are any laws against carrying it with me in costume on halloween? Sources are a plus. I have been through http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/ and haven’t really found anything about inert military devices except metal grenade replicas.
Take your “weapon” down to your local police station….please leave it in your car…don’t bring it in to the police station and then ask one of the police officers the same question that you are asking here. If they see that there is no problem then you are cool….otherwise….you will know that you are not permitted to do so.
Please hear me…do not bring the launcher tube into the police station….just go in by yourself and ask the question tell them that you have it out in your car for their inspection.
