It allows you to fill your pistol mags from the propane bottles designed for blowtorches (not the big ones for BBq’s etc). This is as an alternative to expensive green gas, as green is just a mixture of propane and silicone oil.
You’ll need to add a few drops of silicone oil into the adapter to prevent the seals and O-rings in your mag from drying out.
