Airsoft Mp5 Rail Mount
Is this airsoft mp5 good?
I’m considering buying this airsoft mp5a5.

Rather than asking a bunch of stuff, I will be very short and specific.
If the gun is good, then :
1. Where can I get spare mags that will fit the gun?
2. Does it have rail mounts? If it does, where can I buy rails that fit the gun?
If the gun is bad, then:
1. What do you recommend and where can I buy it for the same price?
2. The above questions
This gun is very good for its price and quality (I own SD5)
Many different MP5 magazines will fit. If you buy from any online airsoft website, it will probably say “Echo1, JG, Tokyo Marui, G&G, etc… compatible (something along the lines of that). Unless stated otherwise, all MP5 AEG magazines will fit.
You can buy rail mounts. They should have it on all major airsoft websites, including Airsplat (horrible though). Prices can range, but the lowest price for a rail mount built for MP5/G3s is around $50.
This gun is not bad. It’s actually great. I have had my SD5 for about half a year, no problems. There is really no difference between the SD models and A models, as they are just built with different externals. There are no perks of having an SD so much as having an A. They all have the same gearboxes, motors, etc.
If I were to suggest any gun for an airsoft veteran or just someone who wants to get into the game, I would highly recommend getting this gun. It continues to serve me well, I hope it will for you as well.
