Airsoft Glock 17 Gbb
What does it take to use black gas in an airsoft GBB?
I use a KSC Glock 17 with green gas, no problems. But I’ve seen black gas in a local near-by shop and I was wondering if black gas could be used on my glock. What does it take? A Full Upgrade? or is it only for gas powered rifles?
Black Gas is really just a nickname for CO2. It’s RARELY used hence the reason the people who attempted to answer the question before me said there’s no such thing as black gas.
Green gas is considered the safest and used it almost every gas gun except those specifically made for CO2.
Propane (mixed with silicone) is the second best. It’s actually the same thing as green gas except it doesn’t have that nice pine smell that green gas has and yo have to manually mix in the silicon oil.
Red gas is one of the more riskier types because it will give your gun more fire power, but is only recommended for guns that have been upgraded to handle the power.
Black Gas AKA CO2 as stated earlier is only used in guns specifically made for CO2.
In short Black Gas is CO2 and it is only and only used for guns (pistols, shotguns or rifles) made for CO2 or black gas.
