Hmm for a TM, none of those – all too powerful. A quick gas primer:
There are three main types of gases to use:
134a refrigerant type, aka “duster gas”, mainly for Japan / TM brands or where you need lower power.
“green gas”, aka propane, for Taiwan / China (like WE), mainly used for the most popular metal GBBs.
“Red Gas”, aka HFC22, is the most powerful and only should be used in cold weather environments and never used in warm weather unless you are intent on destroying your GBB
I have a TM & a couple of KWC plastic GBBs – the propane kit was the best for me, it comes with some 1.5weight oil to use with the propane & duster adapter.

For my TM I use the duster adapter and put the airsoft lube in an old eyedropper (so much easier, the AI bottle just leaks all over and makes a mess) lately I have just putting in one small drop before every mag fill. You can also use any airsoft spray-lube they are also light weight silicon based but have to recommend the eyedropper much more precise especially for the PC duster cans.
For my KWCs I just use propane for outdoors and green gas for indoor shooting (the propane really stinks). I never bothered to get the 134a canned for my TM it works great on the duster gas.
I’m happy with the duster gas it’s $11 for a 4-pack at costco, and propane is $5 for a 16.4oz 2-pack at target
