What gun to buy as first airsoft gun?
I’ve actually played a few times airsoft, with a lent AK74u, but I’m looking forward to buy my own gun. I’m really intrigued by the M14 EBR and the one produced by KART looks promising, since it could fit well medium and long distance combat. Adding a scope is an interesting option, and I’ve heard that a scoped EBR is a very good long distance rifle. However I’m worried by the lenght of the barrel, which could be annoying when firing at close distance. What do you think about it? Could you suggest another first gun? Please not that I’m not planning to spend more than 250 $ or so.
Now if you want range and firepower, but also precision, then a bulpup rifle is a must buy. Good starter guns would be the JG AUG civilian, AA L85 etc. These aren’t the best however, will last you a good year or two if you keep them in good condition. The thing with bulpup rifles is, you can have an M4 length rifle but with the range and accuracy of an M14 because of the longer barrel, due to the mag being behind the trigger. They also have the firepower of a standard rifle but keep the accuracy and range of a larger rifle. You can probably find these two or similar rifles on:
